| The Opera House Tea Room is owned and operated by the Pierce Family of Ancaster. This lovely English Tea Room is located at 2844 Governor’s Road, (between Copetown and Lynden) set back on a hill where costumers can relax and take in the beautiful country setting. The lunch menu has a musical flare with a play on words, and is set in old sheet music. The Overature includes high tea, soup and quiche, while the Intermezzo gives time to a variety of salads and lunch Masterpieces. The curtain rises for a finale of decadent desserts offered daily. The food is prepared by Frank himself and served by his daughter, Erin Bree, and wife, Nancy, with an Old English flare. The atmosphere in this old style tea room is friendly and incredibly mezmorizing. The time spent at the Opera House is a definite change from our fast-paced world. In addition to the Opera House being open for lunch Thursday thru Saturday, the Tea Room offers a variety of special Victorian Luncheons, Bed and Breakfast Accomodations and much more! The Opera House is an tranquil and delicious place where you can bring a friend or an entire party and enjoy good times together.
